There is a non-refundable security deposit of $50.00 to board each pet. If for some reason you need to cancel your deposit will be held for three months (90 days) for you to use on another service and/or use to purchase products. After the time period has expired and the money has not been used, it will no longer be available and you will have lost the original deposit that has been made. Please keep in mind that the $50.00 must be used in the time framed listed above, sorry but there are no exceptions.
